The Deluxe Double Room with Balcony was stylish and spacious enough for a couple to feel comfortable. The décor had a unique flair that really made the place stand out, creating a cozy atmosphere even if it felt a bit like an upscale Airbnb.
The bathroom situation was a bit of a letdown, as it's shared with both the owner and other guests, limiting privacy. Plus, returning to a 10:30 checkout felt a bit too rushed for the price. And the kitchen is off-limits, which is frustrating because it leads to misleading expectations, especially with photos of it on display. A lack of an elevator is worth mentioning too. being on the third floor with heavy luggage isn't the best scenario. the place could use a little more transparency about its rules and amenities.

It was just a well-suited match for a passing visit in Milan with good value considering the price it charged. I made tea in the evening which was a nice little perk after a long day. Be aware of the shared bathroom situation if privacy is important.

The accommodations are stylish, and the unique decor adds a cozy charm, making for a pleasant atmosphere. Enjoyed the delicious pasta, enhancing the overall experience. it's important to note there’s no elevator, which can be challenging with luggage. Privacy is limited as the owner shares the space and kitchen access is not permitted despite its promotion. The location is in a quiet residential area, but it requires a bit of a walk to reach public transport options.

After exploring milan, I was delighted to find that I was just a quick 20-minute walk from both the stunning Duomo and the peaceful Sempione Park, making it easy to soak in the city's sights and sounds. plus, Reka was an amazing host who truly cared about making my stay enjoyable and comfortable.

staying at house of frames was amazin! reka is the best host, prepared delish breakfasts and was really helpful with tips to explore milan. the room was super comfy and the whole place really has a homey vibe. it's also super clean and beautifully decorated. loved the peace and quiet after long days out!
Only downside is no lift since the place is on the 3rd floor, so heavy luggage is a pain! also, the kitchen isn't available to use, which was a bit of a bummer.
